Organisational Structure
The organisational structure of ZEVYP a.s. follows on from the general structure of a joint-stock company.
The main bodies are as follows:
• General Meeting
• Board of Directors
• Supervisory Board
The General Meeting is the most important body of the company.
The Board of Directors is the statutory body of the company, which manages the company’s operations and acts on its behalf.
The Supervisory Board is the controlling body of the company. It supervises the performance of the Board of Directors and the implementation of the company's business. The Supervisory Board is elected by the General Meeting.
